After an amazing four day event – the first Blood and Thunder Roller Derby World Cup has drawn to an end.
Team Australia put up a mighty fight this morning before being defeated by Team U.S.A 532 – 4. Juke Nukem jammed against Suzy Hotrod gaining lead jammer and the only 4 points during the game. (RECAP)
Team Australia played their heart out against Team England for third place, England took out the title with 203 – 85. (RECAP)
Facebook was flooded with messages of how proud the nation is of our amazing skater’s and their incredible achievement!
We are proud to be ranked 4th in the WORLD – Congratulations Team Australia!!!!
Team U.S.A went on to WIN the Grand Final where they played Team Canada 336 – 33.
This has been a monumental event for Women’s Flat Track Roller Derby !!!
